Will there be a research analyst dedicated to our bank?

Yes. Each client bank has a specific person assigned to them. This means your analyst will be familiar with your products, your branches and your people. They will have access to your account history, so it will be easy to update reports or lists you have requested in the past. Your research analyst will also be supporting other non-competing banks which allows you to reduce your costs.

Do you limit the number of people in the bank who can request information?

We know that the more people in the bank who use the MCIF the more valuable it will be. Therefore we accommodate requests from any number of people or departments in your bank. On the other hand, we know that many banks want to control the access to potentially sensitive information within the bank. Accordingly, we institute a procedure of passwords and request confirmations to  reflect your institution’s desires for  maximum utility and responsible controls.

What about privacy?

Under the language of Gramm-Leach-Bliley, Quantisis Research is a non-affiliated third party service provider acting on behalf of the bank.. Further, our contract explicitly prohibits us from disclosing our using customer information other than to carry out the purposes for which it is provided to us. Accordingly, your relationship with Quantisis does not trigger any additional reporting or opt-out requirements.

Furthermore, your customer data, as well as any lists reports or analyses generated from it are kept in strictest confidence in accordance with your privacy policy.

Why is Quantisis cheaper than in-house?

Quite simply, we can do it cheaper because we do more of it. While it is not cost effective for a bank to dedicate a person to MCIF operation, our research associates support more than one non-competing institution. So you have the benefits of a full time resource, you pay only a portion of the cost.
