You will be responsible for the company's relationship with one or more client banks providing day to day marketing information support. You will serve as a data base professional and a marketing consultant, using the analysis tools we have developed. You will also be responsible for developing the Research Analysts on your team. The successful candidate will have strong database and marketing skills as well as a knowledge of the banking industry. Excellent interpersonal skills and the demonstrated ability to establish and build productive working relationships are essential. Candidates will have 3-5 years experience in the fields of banking, and database marketing. Compensation will be commensurate with your experience and will include salary, benefits and equity participation. You will work with a Senior Research Associate to increase your knowledge of database marketing and the banking industry. Successful candidates will have a college degree in business or computer sciences and have exceptional computer skills. Work experience in banking or marketing is preferred.
